My transmission went out while I was running errands. I was able to coast it into a parking lot. Dad's was quick to respond to call out. The driver, Isaiah, was very polite, respectful, and helpful. He was there, staged to load when we arrived. He had the suburban loaded up and headed to the repair shop in minutes. Thankful for a tow company I can trust!

Dad's has been my saving grace. I called Draggin Towing when my truck was having a few issues, it ended up being there for over 4 months and I got it back running worse than it had been if it even ran at all. Any communication that went on during that time I had to facilitate, I wasn't called once with an update. After they had given up on my truck, I called Dads Truck and Auto and they have been a huge help. I tried calling dragon to get my injector codes after the truck had left Draggins shop they said they would get back to me and never did. Thousands of dollars spent for a still broken truck. I'm glad Dads has been able to make more progress in much less time. I had another truck that decided to blow a transfer case and wiring harness plus more I called Dads the response time was amazing and they had the truck done in a few weeks.
